“Graeme looked after us with our first, smaller renovation more than 10 years ago. So when we were ready for major renovations to our 80-year old Californian bungalow in 2013, we didn’t hesitate to contact Davidson Constructions again.

Within their family-run business, their attention to all detail before, during and after the construction made for us, a simple and smooth flowing process.

We were keen for the renovations to blend with the front of the house and Graeme and Brad enhanced our design and ideas with their experience. Merging the original 2nd bedroom, study, small family and back verandah into one huge family area, this area now opens onto a large alfresco area by way of folding doors – all under the same roof line.

New, larger 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and an additional, spacious bathroom, and WIR/ensuite to the master bedroom, all complement our home beautifully.
