We recently built our first 2-lot subdivision in Berwick. We immediately felt comfortable with GC Davidson Constructions especially when we were welcomed by the owners, their professional staff and a tray of muffins! They are a family business who have been in the industry for a very long time.
They did have a turnover of Project Supervisors and there were some testing times with the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Chris saw the project through to the end. From his meticulous attention to detail to his responsive communication and always ‘following up’, he was great to deal with. We also dealt with Graeme Davidson throughout the build, who takes such pride in the quality they deliver and will never compromise on that quality. He is a lovely gentleman and a master problem-solver!
The quality of the build and the final product finishing exceeded our expectations. We have received such positive praise and feedback including from the Planning & Building Inspector from local council who said the build was of the same or better calibre of the elite townhouses he has seen in Melbourne’s finest Bayside suburbs.
Overall, GC Davidsons shine in their professionalism and quality!
